Why do I get an error when I try to assign a Mysql repo to a sidecar using the default values populated in the UI?

The default port that Mysql uses, 3306, is allocated for multiplexing repos that are configured for SSO, whether or not SSO has been configured for this repository. New Mysql repos should use alternate ports to keep 3306 open for SSO.
